Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit:

We don't ask for a deposit. If you need to cancel your booking  please give us as much notice as possible.  We understand that things happen in life that mess up the best laid plans. It's  okay.  That's life.

Payment:

On departure the balance should be paid by the following methods:

•Sterling cash

•Cheque

Check-In:  

We are pleased for you to arrive between 4.00p.m and 10.00p.m. If you would like to check-in outside these times we are flexible but require prior notice.  Whenever you intend to arrive we really appreciate having a rough idea of your e.t.a.

Check-Out:

10.00am allows us to prepare for new arrivals, but you're welcome to leave luggage with us if you wish to spend more time enjoying north Norfolk. All that we need to know is a time when you intend to collect your luggage. The house is, of course, available for you to come and go after you have checked in, until you check out.

Your property left at The Old Washhouse:

We ask you to check carefully that you have all your property with you when you leave. We will keep any of your property that you inadvertently leave behind for 3 weeks.  It will be available for you to collect by appointment or will be returned by post or carrier if you wish. A charge of £5 plus the cost of carriage will be made if you would like us to return any item(s)

Non-Smoking:

For the health and safety of our guests, The Old Washhouse is non-smoking throughout. Should you choose to ignore this policy you will be charged £100 for specialist cleaning to your room.

Pets:

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed. This includes disability dogs.
